If you are running Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8 (or 8.1), change the location to C:\MMTTY or any other location OTHER THAN C:\Program Files\MMTTY. If you are running Windows XP, go ahead and allow MMTTY to be installed in the default location C:\Program Files\MMTTY\.
